“Unitarian Universalists share a religious conviction that history is a human project in which we are both the changers and the changed.”

Annual Congregational Meeting

Sunday, June 11, 2017 after Second Service

Checking in of names will start at approximately 12:15 pm.

Our Annual Meeting is where we do the business of our congregation. We elect new Board and Committee on Ministry members, approve the budget, vote on resolutions, receive year-end updates, and service awards are given.

You don’t want to miss the opportunity to participate in this vital aspect of congregational life. If you have been a member for sixty days as of June 11 you are eligible to vote, but we do encourage friends and interested folks to attend. Participating in this aspect of our congregational polity is a significant part of Unitarian Universalism that reflects our 5th Principle – the use of the democratic process in our congregations.

If you are a member and cannot attend the meeting, you may ask another member to carry your proxy. Proxies will be available on the patio between services.

More details and proposed By-Laws changes will follow shortly here for your review.
