Dear Friends,

On Saturday, November 22nd we will be enjoying a Morning of Mindfulness.

We invite you to begin the busy holiday season with our Sangha to find peace and serenity through our practice together.

Please join us at 9:00 AM for a morning filled with mindfulness practices focusing on Gratitude with Trust.

We will be practicing together with sitting meditation, mindful dharma sharing, walking meditation, and deep relaxation.

We invite you to bring a blanket or towel to lie upon during our deep relaxation practice.  You are also invited to bring symbolic objects of thanks to add to our altar during our practice together.

Please feel free to bring an optional vegan dish to share after our practice with the Sangha.

Optional donations of any size will be accepted to support our peace and justice work.

We expect to end our time together by noon.
