For many of us, the holiday time is full of outward activities. It is hard to take the time to engage in contemplation, the root of which some think means “to cut”. We can take this to mean contemplation is a time “to cut” out time for inner reflection. This Service will explore the art and practice of contemplation from the perspective of various traditions.
