We come together to create a safe, caring, confidential place where we support and nurture one another as we take responsibility for stretching and healing ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually and to share in the process of healing old wounds, exploring conflicts and experiencing the wonderful, unique, lovable and loving persons we really can be. Activities include simple stretching exercises at 9:30 followed at 10:00 by meditation or affirmations, personal sharing and reading from a significant book as a focal point. We have some great laughs, too!
